The Arkeseon is a restaurant, a brasserie, a bar with a tobacco counter. It is a long-established institution in the Cap-Ferret peninsula, located in the fishermen village of Canon: traditional cuisine, grilled meat and "a la plancha" sauteed fish.
Come and treat your palates with our specialties: Moules rochelaises (Mussels cooked with curry, diced apples and light cream), Spanish-style cuttlefish, royal duck breast, coarse salt baked cod, scallops, sweetbread with fresh liver and boletus, stuffed seashells, seafood, boletus stuffed sole, etc.
